In order for you to be ready for your reality break escape, we've tried to answer the most burning questions people commonly have.  We hope this answers your questions but if it doesn't please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

What is the Covid Game Plan for in-person games?

We take the safety and social distancing of our Customers & Employees very seriously…and we know you do too! As mandated by the State of Washington, as of October 25, 2021 all players must show proof of Vaccination before playing.

Can I play with 2 players, why is it charging me for 3 players?

Yes! You can absolutely play with 2 players in any of our rooms.  Our Lucky Duck Speakeasy room is the best for 2 players but you can play any of them with just 2 people.  Why are you charged for 3 players?  Our minimum charge is for 3 players as all games are now private and we do have 2 player groups play all the time and have a blast!

Are we actually locked in the room?

You are NEVER locked in the room and can leave the room at any time.  Hopefully you will be having so much fun that you won't want/need to leave though.

Our group is larger than the listed room capacity, what should we do?

Our games are designed for the number of people listed and there are enough puzzles in the room to keep that number of people occupied for the game duration.

If your group is at the room capacity but you want to add 1 or 2 additional people, please let us know by calling us at (425) 577-6800.

We're a small but mighty group, what should we do?

Two people can play our games. Just remember our games were designed for the number of players listed on the room description so two of you may find the room a bit harder to complete.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We get it, stuff happens…Please let us know by calling (425) 577-6800 as soon as possible. If it's at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled game we can reschedule the game to another time. If it is under 24 hours prior to your scheduled game please call and we'll see what we can do although keep in mind we may not be able to reschedule.

What time should we arrive for our scheduled game?

All players in your group should arrive onsite 15 minutes prior to your game time please. We promise you won't have 20 minutes of previews like the movies. However, arriving early will give you time to complete the waiver, meet your team and ours, hear a "brief" briefing and start your escape at the scheduled time.

Each game is 60 minutes in length. You may want to allow an additional 15 minutes in your schedule after the game to debrief and take that fun post-game photo op!

Are the games appropriate for kids?

Our games are most enjoyable for teens and adults but all ages may play with their families. For all children 11-16, we do require that adults participate inside the room.  Keep in mind some of the game content may be too difficult for younger children. Players who are 16 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.  16 - 18 Adult must remain onsite during game.

Our rooms are not childproof there are chocking hazards for those under the age of 5.

Kids Age/Chaperone/Waiver requirements

Chaperone playing/participating in the escape room required

      • Ages 10 & 11 One Chaperone per 4 kids
      • Ages 12 - 16 One Chaperone per 5 kids

Do you offer discounts?

We periodically run specials and promotions for special events and we publicize those discounts and promotions on our various social media platforms. Sign-up on our mailing list or social media Facebook or Instagram to get notified of specials.

Can we bring alcohol in with us?

We love a good party too! However, there is no alcohol allowed in our rooms. Our games are best enjoyed when you are clear minded and focused.  Don't worry, there are plenty of places close by to enjoy an adult beverage after your experience.

Can we bring food in with us?

To maintain a good experience for your group and those that follow, we ask that no food or drink is taken into the rooms. If you have a group, event or team building see our Team Building / Group page for more information on catering options for your event in our party room.
